We were recently invited to an engagement party - a close family member, it was going to be a special occasion and a wonderful celebration. Quite interesting to consider all the purchases (just for us) around this single event - the gift, some new clothes, entertainment, meals, drinks, telephone calls, greeting cards, cab fares and so on. Many people buy for occasions every day - not all of these purchases are gifts. Are you exploiting the opportunities presented by the occasions your customers have in their lives ?
