L'Occitane, Warringah Mall. I am a huge fan of how well L'Occitane executes their brand positioning. As mentioned previously, their lighting and images are superb. This pic also shows the consumer 'cues' at the front of the store - textures, fragrances, inviting packaging and displays, brand identity tastefully shown on the floor. All of this adds up to the overall brand experience. Well worth a visit.
