Boost Juice, East Gardens. Some of you might recall that on 1 Sept I posted an item about Boost Juice and how a franchise system breaks down when the small things are unattended to - specifically I mentioned a light bulb.
Today I returned to the store to find:
a) the same light bulb has not been replaced; or to be charitable
b) the light fitting is faulty and has not yet been repaired.
Either way, it's not good enough is it ? A month to replace to a light bulb ? A team of rocket scientists could do it in half the time !
