Why Retail is Detail


BIGW W, Warringah Mall.  Huge store, but suffering serious out of stocks in some key areas.  This was taken in the health and beauty area and was not an isolated case.  Taken on a Friday before the busy weekend trade, one wonders how many lost sales there were ? Not to mention annoyed shoppers....    This is where the detail of retail really matters.
