Thanks for your email.

We appreciate you taking the time to email us regarding the East gardens store.

I have had a chat with the area manager of the store about the light globe and rather than just being a problem with the light globe, the whole light fitting seems to be faulty and the store and shop fitters have had trouble sourcing a spare part to repair it.

As this store is also due to undergo a full refurbishment in the coming week, it is likely that all the lights will be replaced as part of this process.

We do appreciate that the visual presentation of the store adds to the customer experience and I hope that the new East Gardens store can provide you with a better Boost experience once it reopens.
